THREE sites across Dorset are offering walk-in vaccinations allowing those aged 16+ to have a vaccination without booking in advance.
C & M Chemists in Boscombe, Wallisdown Pharmacy in Poole and Wareham Hospital are hosting walk-in days throughout October.
C & M Chemists, Iford URC Church, Boscombe, BH7 6RU has the following dates available:
- Sunday 10 October: 17:00-19:00
- Friday 8 October: 09:00-13:00, 13:30-17:00
- Tuesday 5 October: 09:00-13:00, 13:30-17:00
Wallisdown Pharmacy, 337 Wallisdown Road, Poole, BH12 5BU has one week available:
- Monday – Friday: 09:00-13:00, 14:00-17:00
And Wareham Hospital, Streche Road, Wareham, BH20 4QQ, has the following dates available:
- Friday 29 October: 10:00 – 13:00, 15:00 – 17:00

As well as walk-in centres, a number of GP-led vaccination services are up and running in the area. These services involve groups of GPs working together as primary care networks to vaccinate their most vulnerable patients from a central location.
This means that you may not be vaccinated by your local GP and you may be required to travel to a different site near to where you live.
