A FIRE station in Bournemouth has been cordoned off as police continue to investigate an incident which took place in the early hours of this morning.
A police cordon has been put up around Springbourne Fire Station on Richmond Park Close and two police cars are on the scene.
The incident is understood to have taken place between 12.05am and 1am on Sunday October 3.
The nature of the incident is not yet known, and enquiries are ongoing.
A police spokesman said: “Dorset Police is investigating reports of an incident that occurred in the area of Springbourne Fire Station between 12.05am and 1am on Sunday October 3, 2021.
“The full circumstances of the incident are yet to be confirmed and we are unable to comment any further on the nature of the report at this stage as further enquiries are carried out.”
