BOURNEMOUTH

LUKAS AKLYS, aged 26 and of Walpole Road, Bournemouth, was found guilty that on June 25, last year, at The River Stour, Christchurch, used threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress. Also admitted that on June 14, 2021, failed without reasonable cause to surrender to custody at Poole Magistrates's Court having been released on bail in criminal proceedings.

Fined £300, ordered to pay £450 costs and a £34 victim surcharge.

JAMES MARK PHILLPOTTS, aged 25 and of Westover Road, Bournemouth, admitted failure without reasonable excuse to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from a period of imprisonment, in that he failed to keep in touch with his supervisor in accordance with instructions given by his supervisor, in that he failed to attend a telephone appointment on July 6, 2021, and for a planned office appointment on July 12, 2021.

He also admitted failure to respond to a breach notice sent to him on July 9, 2021, a text message sent on July 8, 2021, phone contact on July 9, 2021 and July 14 and in person after a police prompt on July 9, 2021.

Fined £100 and ordered to pay £60 costs.

LEILA ANGEL GREEN, aged 38 and of Westover Road, Bournemouth, admitted that on April 21, 2021, at Grove Road, Bournemouth, was in possession of 0.33g of diamorphine a controlled drug. Also admitted that on April 21, 2021, at Grove Road, Bournemouth, was in possession of 0.21g or crack cocaine. Also admitted that on May 19, 2021, failed without reasonable cause to surrender to custody at Poole Magistrates' Court having been released on bail in criminal proceedings.

Conditionally discharged for 12 months.

PETER NIGEL COLE, aged 38 and of Richmond Park Road, Bournemouth, admitted that on January 3, 2021, at Bournemouth, drove a motor vehicle on a road, namely Holdenhurst Road, when the proportion of a controlled drug, namely Benzoylcgonine, in his blood, namely 583ugl, exceeded the specified limit. Also admitted driving whilst unfit to drive through drugs, driving while disqualified and driving without insurance.

Ordered to carry out 100 hours of unpaid work and to pay a victim surcharge of £95 and £85 costs.

Disqualified from driving for three years.

NORTH DORSET

BIRAT JANG GURUNG, aged 45 and of Sandbourne Avenue, Blandford, admitted that on September 21, 2021, at Blandford, was in charge of a motor vehicle on a road, namely Salisbury Road, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in his breath, namely 54 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, exceeded the prescribed limit.

Sentenced to 12 weeks in prison, suspended for one year. Fined £600 and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £128 victim surcharge. Disqualified from driving for four years.

VAUGHAN HEARD, aged 50 and of Priestlands, Sherborne, admitted that on September 21, 2021, at Sherborne, drove a motor vehicle on a road, namely Acreman Street, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in his breath, namely 121 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, exceeded the prescribed limit.

Sentenced to 12 weeks in prison, suspended for a year. Fined £800 and ordered to pay £128 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Disqualified from driving for 29 months.
