POLICE are concerned for the welfare of a missing woman from Christchurch.
Christine Smith was last seen leaving an address in Sherwood Close at around 1.20pm on Wednesday, September 22.
Dorset Police received a report at 9.29pm on Wednesday 22 September 2021 raising concern for her welfare at 9.29pm.
Christine is described as white, approximately five feet five inches tall and of very slim build with shoulder-length grey and white hair. She is believed to have been wearing a purple coat, black trousers and black slip on shoes and was carrying a pinky red rucksack.
Chief Inspector Matt Baxter, of Dorset Police, said: “We are concerned for Christine’s welfare as we understand she is confused easily. We are keen to locate her as soon as possible to make sure she is all right.
“I would urge anyone with information as to her whereabouts, or who sees a woman matching the description given, to please contact us immediately.”
