STEPHEN JOHN FERRY, aged 34 and of Shirley Road, Southampton, admits when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen or specimens of breath for analysis in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence, failed to do so in Madeira Road, Bournemouth, on August 20. Also admits commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order made on June 4, 2020, for offences of knife possession and possession of a class B drug. EAMON CARL BOUHULIA, aged 27 and of Methuen Road, Bournemouth, admits assaulting PC Van Der Eyken, an emergency worker acting in the exercise of her functions as such a worker, by beating her at Camel Bar, Old Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, on August 21. Committed to prison for two weeks concurrent. To pay £50 compensation and £128 surcharge. Also admits being drunk and disorderly in Old Christchurch Road, Bournemouth on August 21. No separate penalty. Also admits commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order made on April 30 for the offences of drug driving, drive while disqualified and failure to surrender. Suspended sentences of 12 weeks imprisonment imposed as a sentence of eight weeks concurrent.

TYLER BUCKINGHAM, aged 19 and of Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, admits stealing cash to the value of £4 belonging to a man in Poole on August 22. Discharged absolutely.
