Poole Magistrates' Court
A MAN has appeared in court accused of raping a woman in Poole.
Hasan Kyoybasha, aged 29, was in the dock at Poole Magistrates’ Court on Saturday, September 11, charged with committing the sexual assault in Ashley Road on Sunday, September 5.
Kyoybasha, whose address was given as Ashley Road, Poole, did not enter a plea to the charge during the short court hearing.
The defendant was remanded into custody by magistrates, with a plea and trial preparation hearing set to take place before a judge at Bournemouth Crown Court on Monday, October 11.
As reported, Dorset Police received a report that sometime between 4.45am and 6am on September 5 a woman aged in her 30s was allegedly raped in the Branksome area.
