CARMEN DIAMOND, aged 58 and of The Cross, Shillingstone, found guilty of driving without due care and attention on Horton Road, Ringwood, on September 5, 2019. Fined £320, ordered to pay £620 costs and £32 victim surcharge. Driving licence endorsed with nine points.

POOLE

ANDREW PATRICK MCEWEN, aged 74 and of Elgin Road, Poole, admitted driving on Elmes Avenue, Poole, on August 25, 2021, after consuming so much alcohol the proportion of it in his breath, namely 57 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres, exceeded the prescribed limit. Fined £337 and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £34 victim surcharge. Banned from driving for 15 months.

TILLEY ANN AYRES, aged 56 and of Arne Avenue, Poole, admitted that on April 1, 2021, failure, without reasonable excuse, to comply with a direction given to you under section 35 of the Antisocial Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014, in that you returned to the locality specified or part of it, namely Ashley Road, within the exclusion period specified in the direction. Also admitted that on April 1, 2021 at Poole, stole a bottle of wine, of a value unknown, belonging to Tesco Stores Limited. Also admitted that on April 1, 2021, at Poole, intent to cause harassment, alarm or distress, used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour. Admitted commission of a further offence whilst subject of a conditional discharge order for a period of 12 months, imposed on August 24, 2020, at Dorset Magistrates' Court for the offence of drunk and disorderly and fail to surrender to bail. Community order made including a rehabilitation activity requirement. Ordered to pay £75 compensation.

BOURNEMOUTH

CHARLES SAMUEL DOE, aged 30 and of Palmerston Road, Bournemouth, admitted that on August 25, 2021, at Spring Road, Bournemouth, he stole a bank card belonging to another. Also admitted that on August 25, 2021, at Shell Garage, Holdenhurst Road, Bournemouth, dishonestly made a false representation, namely used the bank card, intending to cause loss to another person. Fined £120, ordered to pay £85 costs and a £34 victim surcharge.

MARTIN CRAIG PHILLIPS, aged 61 and of Derby Road, Bournemouth, admitted driving on Windham Road, Bournemouth, on December 30, 2020, when the proportion of a controlled drug, namely cocaine, in his blood, namely greater than 19 micrograms of analyte per litre of blood, exceeded the specified limit. Also the proportion of a controlled drug, namely benzoylecgonine, in his blood, namely not less than 438 micrograms of analyte per litre of blood, exceeded the specified limit. Also admitted driving while disqualified and driving without insurance. Conditionally discharged for two years and ordered to pay victim surcharge of £22. Banned from driving for 24 months.

GORDON ROBIN LINTON, aged 30 and of Sheepwash Lane, Bournemouth, admitted driving on Malmesbury Park Road, Bournemouth, on June 19, 2021, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in his breath, namely 40 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, exceeded the prescribed limit. Also admitted that on July 8, 2021, at Poole, failed without reasonable cause to surrender to custody at Poole Magistrates' Court, having been released on bail in criminal proceedings. Fined £500, ordered to pay £120 costs and a £50 surcharge. Banned from driving for 12 months.

TARA THOMAS, aged 42 and of Methuen Close, Bournemouth, admitted that on October 27, 2020, at Bournemouth, assaulted an emergency worker, namely CSAS officer, acting in the exercise of his functions as such a worker. Also admitted, a second charge of assaulting another emergency worker, namely CSAS officer, acting in the exercise of his functions as such a worker. Also admitted assaulting a police officer. Sentenced to 12 week imprisonment, suspended for 12 months. Ordered to complete rehabilitation activity requirement, to pay £200 compensation and £200 costs.

WIMBORNE

STEPHEN COX, aged 47 and of Glynville Close, Colehill, Wimborne, found guilty of committing an act outraging public decency by behaving in an indecent manner, namely masturbating, at Hanham Road, Wimborne, on September 10, 2020. Fined £120, ordered £500 costs and a £95 victim surcharge. Community order made, including rehabilitation activity requirement. Application for a sexual harm prevention order. Interim sexual harm prevention order made for 165 days or until main application is determined.
