STEPHEN KAYE, aged 45 and of St Peter’s Road, Bournemouth, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on November 4, 2019, by failing to be available for a planned telephone appointment on July 22, 2020, and failing to keep in contact with his supervising officer. Community order revoked. To pay £60 costs. Discharged conditionally for three months.

MADELEINE KREINA PANKHURST, aged 50 and of Palmerston Road, Bournemouth, admits stealing goods to the value of £246.50 belonging to Marks & Spencer at Castlepoint in Castle Lane West, Bournemouth, on May 24. Fined £80. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs.

GERARD JOSEPH WILLIAM GIBBS, aged 39 and of Lansdowne Gardens, Bournemouth, admits having an adapted weapon, namely a baton, in Charminster Road on July 22. Community order made, whereby the defendant must follow an overnight curfew for four weeks. To pay £95 surcharge and £85 costs. Baton to be forfeited and destroyed. Also admits using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress in Charminster Road on July 22. No separate penalty.

ALAN CASS, aged 45 and of HMP Winchester, admits damaging the bedroom door to a man in Bournemouth on June 18. Committed to prison for seven days. Restraining order made, which lasts until August 11, 2023. To pay £260 compensation.

SCOTT DARREN SANDERS, aged 38 and of Talbot Avenue, Bournemouth, admits breaching a domestic violence protection order made on July 17 in that he attended a road in Bournemouth on August 11 in breach of that order and a complaint was made for him to be liable for a penalty. Committed to prison for six weeks.

STEVEN DULLAM, aged 39 and of Wharncliffe Road, Bournemouth, admits making direct face-to-face contact with a woman in Christchurch on August 3, which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order imposed on January 22, 2015. Committed to prison for four weeks concurrent. To pay £128 surcharge. Also admits using towards a woman threatening, abusive, or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause that person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against her by any person, or provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence by her in Christchurch on August 3. Committed to prison for four weeks concurrent. Also admits using towards a man threatening, abusive, or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause that person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against him by any person, or provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence by him in Christchurch on August 3. Committed to prison for four weeks concurrent. Also admits commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order made on January 18 for the offences of harassment and cause to be sent by public communication network offensive, indecent, obscene or menacing message or matter. Suspended sentence of imprisonment of 18 weeks, suspended for 18 months, implemented as a sentence of 12 weeks.
