Community order made, whereby the defendant must abstain from consuming any alcohol throughout a period of 120 days and take part in an accredited programme for 42 days. Restraining order made, which lasts until August 8, 2023. To pay £95 surcharge. Also admits commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge order for a period of 12 months imposed on August 27, 2020, for an offence of drunk and disorderly.
