A CONVENIENCE store in Bournemouth has applied for permission to sell alcohol 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

London market, in Old Christchurch Road, have applied to BCP Council for the licence, starting on September 2.

A public notice from the council said: “The following licensable activities will be provided during the following times and starting from the second day of September: the sale of alcohol 24 hours a day 7 days a week; the provision of late-night refreshment from 11pm to 5am; opening times 24 hours a day, seven days a week; a slight amendment to the approved plan and revised conditions are also included.

“Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Team, Bournemouth Borough Council, Town Hall Annexe, St Stephen’s Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6EA or licensing@bcpcouncil.gov.uk.

“Representations must be received no later than September 1. The Application Record may be viewed between the hours 9am and 4pm, Monday to Friday at the above address or on the website www.bcpcouncil.gov.uk.”
