A BOURNEMOUTH fitness trainer is calling on new mums to get back to fitness after the birth of their baby, with weekly postnatal exercise classes.
Hayley Higham said: “At Buggyfit Bournemouth, we make our way along the prom stopping to do safe postnatal exercises. With baby in tow, mums can stop to feed, comfort or rest at any point on route.
“Come along with your baby for some fitness fun and meet new friends whilst getting a little fresh seaside air. Dads are welcome to join us too.”
The classes take place on Tuesdays at 9.45am on the promenade by The Bistro in Southbourne and Thursdays at 10.30am meeting at The Harvester in Durley Chine.
Buggyfit founder and mum-of-two, Emma Redding, said: “We really want new mums to feel comfortable getting back into exercise after the birth of baby. Whatever your postnatal stage, our exercise programme has something to suit everyone.”
