A MAN made inappropriate sexual comments towards a 13-year-old girl while she was sat in a car.

Police have released CCTV images of a man they would like to speak to in relation to the public order incident.

At around 3.30pm on Thursday July 22 a 13-year-old girl was sat in a car in the Aldi car park on Palmerston Road with her younger sister.

A man approached the car and began to make inappropriate sexual comments toward the victim, before she told him to go away and he left through the exit of the car park.

Police Constable Stephen Taylor, of Bournemouth police, said: “This caused the victim significant distress and a full investigation is underway.

“As part of my enquiries I have obtained CCTV images of a man I would like to speak to. I would urge anyone with information as to his identity to please contact Dorset Police.”
