LEE MICHAEL GILAK, aged 43 and of Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, admits assaulting PC Cona, an emergency worker acting in his functions as such a worker, by beating him in Bournemouth on July 5. Discharged conditionally for 24 months. To pay £200 compensation and £22 surcharge.
FELIX DORAN, aged 18 and of Pigeon Lane, Hampton, London, admits stealing goods belonging to Co-op Welcome in Smugglers Lane, Colehill, on February 18. Discharged conditionally for six months. To pay £45.99 compensation, £22 surcharge and £85 costs. Also admits failing to surrender to custody at Poole Magistrates’ Court on May 14, having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on March 18. No separate penalty.
OAKLEY COYLE, aged 18 and of Lanark Close, Poole, admits entering as a trespasser a building, namely PASA in Charminster Road, Bournemouth between January 10 and January 13 and stealing a cash register tray and cash to the value of £10. To pay £50 compensation.
