LEE MICHAEL GILAK, aged 43 and of Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, admits assaulting PC Cona, an emergency worker acting in his functions as such a worker, by beating him in Bournemouth on July 5. Discharged conditionally for 24 months. To pay £200 compensation and £22 surcharge.

EAST DORSET

FELIX DORAN, aged 18 and of Pigeon Lane, Hampton, London, admits stealing goods belonging to Co-op Welcome in Smugglers Lane, Colehill, on February 18. Discharged conditionally for six months. To pay £45.99 compensation, £22 surcharge and £85 costs. Also admits failing to surrender to custody at Poole Magistrates’ Court on May 14, having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on March 18. No separate penalty.
