Cow causes obstruction on A354 Picture: Google Maps
A COW was causing an obstruction on a major Dorset road this morning.
A cow was causing a traffic problem on the A354 between Winterborne Whitechurch and Milborne St Andrew before 8am this morning.
The cow is now back in its field and the road is clear.
A spokesman for Dorset Police said: "We received a report at 7.47am of a cow in the road on the A354 between Winterborne Whitechurch and Milborne St Andrew.
"It was subsequently reported shortly before 8am that the cow was back in its field and no longer causing an obstruction."
