Cyclist taken to hospital after crash in Charminster Road
A CYCLIST was taken to hospital after a crash which closed a Bournemouth road.
Charminster Road was closed shortly before 7pm on Monday after a crash between a car and a cyclist.
A spokesperson for Dorset Police said: “We were called at around 6.50pm on Monday, July 26 to a report of a collision involving a car and a cyclist on Charminster Road in Bournemouth.
“Officers attended with the ambulance service. The male cyclist was taken to hospital to be checked over. The road was closed and reopened at around 7.25pm.”
