JAMES NOLAN, aged 27 and of Warrington Road, Platt Bridge, Wigan, admits spending time, communicating and staying with a woman in Bournemouth between May 10 and May 31, which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order imposed on May 5. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 25 days of rehabilitation activity requirement and carry out 90 hours of unpaid work. Restraining order made, which lasts until July 18, 2026. To pay £250 compensation and £85 costs. Also admits contacting a woman by speaking with her in Bournemouth between May 31 and June 1, which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order imposed on May 5. Community order made. Also admits conviction of an offence while a community order made for an offence of stalking was in force. Community order made on May 5 revoked. New community order made.

KYLE DEAN DEIGHAN, aged 21 and of Talbot Avenue, Bournemouth, admits using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress in Poole on February 2. Fined £120. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Also admits failing to surrender to custody at Poole Magistrates’ Court on July 9, having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on June 20.

ELISHA HORNE, aged 22 and of Seaview Road, Southbourne, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on November 27, 2020, by failing to report as directed to planned telephone call for supervision on May 21 and June 8. STEPHEN LUC ANTHONY CORNEY, aged 37 and of Caesars Way, Poole, admits assaulting a woman by beating her in Bournemouth on February 14. Fined £200. To pay £40 surcharge and £85 costs. Also admits assaulting a woman by beating her in Bournemouth on December 25, 2020. Fined £200.

JAMES FLYNN, aged 44 and of West Quay Road, Poole, admits assaulting a woman by beating her in Poole on April 16. Discharged conditionally for 24 months. Restraining order made, which lasts until July 18, 2022. To pay £22 surcharge and £85 costs.

DAVID SALI-SALI, aged 51 and of Cecil Road, Poole, found guilty of threatening a woman that he would burn her house down, intending that she would fear that the threat would be carried out in Poole on February 8. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up 20 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. Restraining order made, which lasts until July 18, 2023. To pay £250 compensation, £95 surcharge and £620 costs. Also found guilty of assaulting a woman by beating her in Poole on February 8. Community order made.

AARON PHILIP JARMAN, aged 47 and of Dewlish Close, Poole, found guilty of failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle, namely an Audi motor car, who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence in Dorset after February 22, 2020. Fined £643. To pay £43 surcharge and £250 costs. Driving record endorsed. Admits driving an Audi motor car in Dorset Way, Poole, on August 16, 2020, at a speed exceeding 50mph, namely 76mph. Fined £400. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 28 days.
