Community order made, whereby the defendant must abstain from consuming alcohol for 90 days, complete up to 20 days of rehabilitation activity requirement and carry out 160 hours of unpaid work. CHARLOTTE DAVEY, aged 27 and of Belben Road, Poole, convicted of having been required by or on behalf of the Chief Officer of Police for Dorset Police at the force headquarters after August 12, 2020, failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle, namely a Ford motor car, who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Also admits being the driver of a Citroen Cactus owing to the presence of which in Beckhampton Road an accident occurred whereby damaged was caused to another vehicle, namely a Honda Civic, and failing to stop on April 3. LUKE MATTHEW WOOLWAY, aged 28 and of Hasler Road, Canford Heath, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on January 9, 2020, by failing to attend for the Building Better Relationships Programme on January 7 and for a planned telephone appointment on January 12.
