WANTING to watch football come home in Bournemouth? Good luck. The town is among the hardest places in the UK to get a seat at the pub, a survey has revealed.

With England making it to the semi-final of the Euros, money.co.uk has analysed where in the country you are most (and least) likely to get a seat in the pub.

The study analysed government data to discover which areas of the country have the largest and fewest number of people for every pub in that area.

It revealed that Bournemouth has the 4th fewest pubs to people ratio in the UK, with 4,651 people to each of the 85 pubs in the area.

Bournemouth does, however, have a greater population than all but one of the top ten towns or cities.
