A BUSINESS coach is bringing back in-person support clinics alongside an online training academy and a networking platform.

Beverley Poole – whose work spans Dorset and Hampshire – has restructured her business Aspire4Business.com to offer three distinct areas of support.

Aspire4BusinessAcademy.com now hosts a Course Creators Academy, where people can create online training that the business will host and market for them.

The second plank of her business, Aspire4Business.com, is a standalone platform for networking. It includes landing pages for new businesses and a digital directory for established firms, as well as organising executive retreats and the pitch-free business networking group the 50 Club.

Ms Poole, a member of Dorset Chamber, will continue providing direct support and coaching for businesses via the third arm of her business, Beverley Poole Consultancy.

She offers a Business Pioneer Programme and business clinics, with mentoring including weekly one-to-one sessions.

The next clinics will run at Ocean Village Innovation Centre in Southampton every Tuesday from July 6 and at BizSpace Ltd in Poole on Wednesdays from July 7.

Her mentoring can be delivered by Zoom or in the boardroom.

She said: “If you have an idea born from the gig economy, are a brand new start-up, a fledgling business floundering around, or if you are ready to exit through sale or retirement, I will be there to support you.

“It’s not about worksheets, this is real, intuitive and solid processes targeting your business with specialist guest speakers and support for as long as you need.”

Businesses get more than £20 million in 'restart' funding

Beverley Poole built her business on her 20 years’ experience of working with technology companies, IT and online education.

At 31, she was director of a P&O subsidiary company through acquisition of her business and has built and sold two businesses in recruitment and training and hospitality.

She developed a business with the Chrysalis Group and has had clients including Blue Circle, Motorola, Cellnet (now O2) and others.

In 18 months, Aspire4BusinessAcademy has attracted 300 e-learning courses, memberships and corporate clients, with more than 970 enrolments.

Ms Poole is a qualified educator and psychologist and studied coaching and mentoring with NCFE.
