A VULNERABLE elderly man gave his bank card details and PIN to a cold caller who falsely claimed to be from Barclays bank.
The man was visited at his home in Sturminster Newton by a woman who said she represented the bank on Wednesday June 2.

A spokesman for North Dorset Police said: "Please be reminded that your bank would never attend your home address to ask for your bank card and PIN."
Members of the public are urged to report suspicious activity by call 101 or go online at dorset.police.uk/Do-It-Online
If an offence is in progress, call 999.
