A BEACH hut with ‘uninterrupted views’ of the Dorset coast could be yours for £65,000.
Corbens has placed a single timber blue beach chalet based on the northern end of Swanage beach on the market.
The chalet is based below Burlington Road and accessible via Burlington Chine and also from Shore Road. The hut is also based located close to a café and public conveniences.
Corbens say that it is the first time the chalet has been up for sale since 1908 and benefits from ‘uninterrupted views’ over Swanage Bay to Peveril Point and Ballard Down.
Its internal measurements are 2.7m x 1.3m (8’10” x 4’3”), meaning you will have ample room to use it as a changing room or shelter from the sun.

The chalet is offered for sale by tender and interested applicants are requested to submit their best bids, clearly marked tender for Beach Chalet 1, below Burlington Road, Swanage by no later than 12pm on Friday, June 4.
