A BUSY Tesco Metro store is closed due to a water leak.
Staff at the store in Bournemouth Square are diverting customers to a Tesco Express store at The Triangle until it reopens.
A spokesman told the Daily Echo: "An issue with the utilities serving our Bournemouth Metro means we have had to temporarily close the store.

"Our maintenance teams are on site and carrying out work so that we can reopen the store as soon as possible. We apologise to our customers for any inconvenience caused by this temporary closure."
The store has been closed since midday yesterday and it is not yet known when it will reopen.
This is the second time the popular store has been affected by a water leak with a similar closure in June 2019.
