GIVE a warm welcome to some of Dorset’s newest arrivals.

We would like to introduce you to five cute newborns who arrived into the world amid the coronavirus pandemic.

Gemma and Steve Fletcher welcomed their "lockdown baby" Robin Hayley 12 days early on Sunday, March 21.

The proud parents said: "Robin is a beautiful little sister to Evie, Sid, Anna and Connor."

Ash Rowan Morfill arrived into the world on May 5, while Hedi Brooks gave birth to Hunter Mckai on April 11, weighing 8lbs 1oz.

Chantelle Cummins welcomed Ayda Reeves on April 6 in Poole Hospital's maternity unit.

Chantelle said: "Ayda was born one week early in just 46 minutes! She was obviously very eager to meet her big sister Savannah and big brother Chase who are absolutely besotted with her."

And last but no least, say hello to Evelyn Leigh Rouse, Jamie Lee Sanders' first child born on March 18.

Jamie said: "After a long day in the hospital, the safest way to get Evelyn out was through an emergency c-section. 14 hours and 44 minutes later she arrived at 4.54am. All the nurses and doctors were lovely, and her father Thomas Rouse was excellent and so supportive throughout the whole experience."
