BOURNEMOUTH

JULIE ANNE BAILEY, aged 60 and of Southwood Avenue, Bournemouth, found guilty of pursuing a course of conduct which amounted to the harassment of a woman in Bournemouth between March 2, 2020, and May 21, 2020, and which she knew or ought to have known amounted to the harassment of her in that on numerous occasions she swore and made threats and was abusive which was recorded by the victim and the offence was racially aggravated. Discharged conditionally for 18 months. To pay £200 compensation, £22 surcharge and £420 costs.

MICKEY MARTIN YEATMAN, aged 26 and of Keeble Crescent, Bournemouth, admits damaging a mirror and glass belonging to a woman in Bournemouth on February 5. Community order made, whereby the defendant must complete up to 30 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. Restraining order made, which lasts until May 16, 2023. To pay £20 compensation. Also admits damaging a wall and communal door to the value of £260 belonging to Sovereign Housing in Bournemouth on February 5. Community order made. To pay £260 compensation.

ALISON JOANNE BUTCHER-KENNEDY, aged 42 and of Wimborne Road, Bournemouth, admits assaulting a man by beating and the offence was racially aggravated at Premier Food & Wine in Charminster Road, Bournemouth, on August 19, 2020. Committed to prison for 14 weeks, suspended for 12 months. To pay £200 compensation. Also admits commission of a further offence whilst subject to conditional discharges orders made on April 18, 2020, and December 11, 2019, for offences of theft. Committed to prison for 14 weeks, suspended for 12 months. Also admits stealing candles to the value of £202 from John Lewis at Poole Retail Park, Redlands, on September 29, 2020. Committed to prison for 14 weeks, suspended for 12 months. To pay £202 compensation.

MATTHEW JAMES FENDLEY, aged 47 and of no fixed abode, admits wilfully obstructing the free passage along a highway, namely Castle Lane West, Bournemouth, on April 23. Fined £25. To pay £34 surcharge and £25 costs. Also admits failing to surrender to custody at Poole Magistrates’ Court on May 12, having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on April 24. Fined £25. Also admits commission of a further offence whilst subject to a conditional discharge order for a period of 12 months imposed on January 30 for the offences of possession of Class B drug and failure to surrender to custody at Poole Magistrates’ Court. Fined £50. Also admits possessing a quantity of amphetamine at the joint emergency service building in Wimborne Road, Poole, on May 14. Fined £25. To pay £25 costs.

DEAN JOHN BRECKON, aged 23 and of Barleycroft Lane, Sheffield, found guilty of assaulting a woman by beating her at an address in Christchurch on July 15, 2019. Discharged absolutely. Also found guilty of assaulting a woman by beating her at an address in Barton-on-Sea on July 14, 2019. Discharged absolutely. Also found guilty of assaulting a woman by beating her at an address in Christchurch on July 13, 2019. Discharged absolutely. Also found guilty of damaging a photo frame to the value of £4.99 belonging to a woman at an address in Christchurch on July 13, 2019. Discharged absolutely.

POOLE

TONY WILLIAM FEAR, aged 39 and of Nathan Gardens, Poole, admits with intent to cause CSAS officers harassment, alarm or distress, using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour in Pitwines Close, Poole, on March 9, thereby causing those persons or another harassment, alarm or distress. Fined £400. To pay £200 compensation, £80 surcharge and £85 costs. Also admits assaulting a woman by beating her in Poole on March 9. Fined £400.

CARLY ELAINE TILSED, aged 23 and of Ledgard Close, Poole, admits when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen of urine for a laboratory test in the course of an investigation into whether she had committed an offence in Poole on October 26, 2018, failing to do so. Fined £100. To pay £30 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 14 months. Also admits failing to surrender to custody at Poole Magistrates’ Court on November 30, 2018, having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on November 9, 2018. Fined £20.
