SAY hello to these adorable babies bringing joy to proud new parents and excited siblings amid the coronavirus pandemic.

We would like to introduce you to these five cute newborns, who came into the world in very unprecedented circumstances.

The majority were born in Poole apart from one who was born at Salisbury Hospital.

Baby Luna Louise Perdrisat was born on March 7 at Salisbury Hospital after mum Charli Louise Perdrisat was driven around Bournemouth to distract herself from Braxton Hicks pain.

Charli said: "Just as I was about to start pushing I shouted 'where’s my husband?' and the midwife went running out to find where he was. My husband then came running in and after pushing for 20 minutes, our baby girl was born at 02.03am on Sunday, March 7."

Heidi Brooks' fourth child Hunter was born on April 11, weighing 8lb 10oz, a little brother for Emily, Skyla and Joshua.

Sammy Wentworth welcomed Freddie during the third national lockdown on January 11, weighing 8lb 10oz, the same as his dad when he was born.

Sammy said: "I ended up having an emergency c-section after a two day induction and labour, but I had a really positive experience at Poole Maternity. I was in for five days altogether and the midwives were lovely and so understanding as our partners couldn’t be with us.

"Freddie has just turned four months and has a cheeky personality already."

Lauren Jarman gave birth to Henley Chappel in the maternity unit at Poole Hospital on March 13, weighing 4lb 13oz.

She said: "Henley was born five weeks early by c-section when I started haemorrhaging. It was scary but he's absolutely beautiful and I would like to thank all the midwives who supported me during lockdown whilst having Henley and being in hospital for six days."

It was a third boy for Rianne Downey who gave birth to Henri Eric Thompson on April 28, weighing 7lb 110z, a brother for Jimmy and Alfie.
