THIS week is Mental Health Awareness Week and Camera Club members have shared what mental health means to them.
From sunrises to beautiful scenery, members shared pictures of what helps their mental health as well as pictures that symbolise how they feel.
Mark Burbidge said that enjoying the peace and tranquility of the River Frome, Wareham at sunrise helps his mental wellbeing.
Louisa Yates said: "Rocky, chaotic, beautiful and terrifying at the same time. This kind of sums up my mental health."

Dog walks are really important to Jeremy Mayes.
He said: "Sunrise dog walks in open spaces, (are important) reminding me that we ARE nature."
Denise Andrews shared a lovely picture of enjoying a walk to view Old Harry Rocks.
She said: "Mental health to me is to embrace every step in life and appreciate what's free."
The outdoors is "so special" to Claire Sheppard, who spoke of the benefits of walking and connecting with nature.
Karin Gregory described walking through the darkness into the light, and said: "There is always hope if you can just believe in yourself."
