VISITORS to a Bournemouth funfair were issued with tickets after parking on nearby zigzag lines.

Now police have issued a warning to motorists.

A spokesman for Bournemouth Police said: "Anyone heading to the Redhill Funfair please do not be parking on the zig zags.

"Quite simply it's dangerous and blocks the view of people looking to use the pedestrian crossing. With it being a funfair there are obviously going to be a lot of children around trying to cross the road safely. There is no excuse."
