A spokesman said: "These disputes can sometimes start from something minor and escalate very quickly. There is often no quick fix and the stress on everyone involved is huge.
"Yesterday a dispute lasting nearly five years finally came to an end. The work by partners involved has been superb and hopefully everyone can now live a peaceful happy life. Respect Your Neighbours."
