JASON TURNER, aged 21 and of Elmhurst Road, West Moors, admits stealing a screwdriver, a pair of reading glasses, two Asda canvass shopping bags and a coat belonging to a woman in Mountbatten Gardens, Bournemouth, on October 20, 2020. Fined £133. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Also admits commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order made on February 27, 2020, for an offence of affray. No action taken on breach.

ZACK ANDREW CHALKLEY, aged 32 and of Cranborne Road, High Lea, Witchampton, admits wilfully obstructing PC Brolan, a constable in the execution of his duty, at Gravel Hill on February 11. Discharged conditionally for nine months. To pay £22 surcharge and £85 costs. Also admits using a blue Ford Transit recovery van at Gravel Hill, Poole, on February 11, when the percentage of visual transmission of light through windows other than the windscreen, namely driver’s door and quarter-light window, was less than required, namely 75 per cent, in that it only allowed for transmission of 16 per cent. Discharged conditionally for nine months.

JOSH PHILIP SCOTT MORGAN, aged 20 and of Wareham Road, Corfe Mullen, admits being found at an address in Corfe Mullen in the presence of a woman on February 16, which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order imposed on October 14, 2020. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. To pay £22 surcharge. Also admits commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order made on February 18, 2020, for an offence of possession of a knife. Fined £120. Also admits commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order made on October 14, 2020, for the offences of criminal damage and assault by beating. Fined £120.

NEW FOREST

OWEN JAMES SACALA, aged 41 and of no fixed abode, admits stealing bottles of Moet Champagne and two bottles of Lanson Champagne to the value of £148 belonging to Tesco in New Milton on July 30, 2020. Committed to prison for six weeks, suspended for 12 months. To pay £148 compensation. Also admits commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge order for a period of six months imposed on July 13, 2020, for two offences of theft. Committed to prison for six weeks consecutive, suspended for 12 months. Overall length of suspended sentence 12 weeks.

POOLE

SHANNON MARIE RIDAL, aged 26 and of Samson Road, Hamworthy, admits, along with a man, stealing meat and fish to the value of £154.55 belonging to Tesco in High Street, Lytchett Matravers on February 15. To pay £77.28 compensation.

THOMAS WILLIAM BALL, aged 32 and of Chesil Gardens, Poole, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on February 11, 2020, by failing to comply with probation requirement appointments on March 2, 2020, April 8, 2020, and April 14, 2020, as instructed. Fined £670. To pay £60 costs.

SAMUEL OLIVER SMITH, aged 34 and of Bournemouth Road, Poole, admits damaging a communal door to the value of £100 belonging to Moore Property Housing in Poole on February 9. To pay £100 compensation.

ANTHONY JOHNSON, aged 20 and of Bowden Road, Poole, admits knowing that payment on the spot for fuel was required or expected from him in Waterloo Road, Poole, on March 2, 2020, and he dishonestly made off without having paid as required or expected and with intent to avoid payment of £63.09. Discharged conditionally for six months. To pay £63.09 compensation and £85 costs.

PIOTR PAWEL ZIENKIEWICZ, aged 36 and of Woking Road, Poole, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on November 15, 2019, by failing to attend for the unpaid work induction on December 23, 2019, and January 25, 2020, and for planned office visits on January 14, 2020, February 4, 2020, and February 10, 2020. Committed to prison for eight weeks. To pay £80 costs.

PURBECK

OWEN JACK BURT, aged 18 and of Foundry Lane, Southampton, admits possessing a quantity of cannabis in Bovington Lane, Bovington, on March 16. Fined £80. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Cannabis to be forfeited and destroyed. Also admits commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge order for a period of nine months imposed on August 12, 2020, for an offence of criminal damage. Fined £50.
