Also admits not being at his place of abode and having an article for use in the course of, or in connection with, theft, namely pair of pilers, in Commercial Road, Bournemouth, on April 20. Committed to prison for two months consecutive, suspended for 12 months. Overall length of suspended sentence six months.

STEPHANIE PATRICIA CARSON, aged 28 and of Haverstock Road, Bournemouth, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on October 22, 2020, by failing to attend for a planned telephone appointment on December 14, 2020, and February 16. Fined £60. To pay £40 costs.

STEPHANIE ANNE CROWE, aged 31 and of Northey Road, Southbourne, admits failing to comply with requirements imposed after release from a period of imprisonment in that on December 7, 2020, she failed to keep in touch with a supervisor and failed to reside permanently at an address approved by a supervisor and obtain prior permission of the supervisor for any overnight stay at a different address. Fined £80. To pay £40 costs.

Fined £100. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.

MACIJ SZYMON MOCZULSKI, aged 38 and of Borkum Close, Andover, admits assaulting a woman by beating her in Poole on July 4, 2020. Restraining order made, which lasts until April 20, 2023. Fined £100. To pay £500 compensation.

RICHARD JOSEPH ANDREW BROWN, aged 49 and of Heights Road, Upton, admits driving a Volvo in Lake Road, Poole, on November 4, 2020, with 3.5 micrograms of THC per litre of blood. Fined £100. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.
