MANY people, myself included, have noticed that, since the onset of the epidemic, we have have been remarkably free of the usual flu, colds and persistent, long-lasting coughs that have been a regular feature of the winter months.
This is put down down to increased hand-hygiene and the wearing of masks.
However there is another phenomenon of the pandemic that is not so easily explained.
Has anyone else noticed that, as we come out of lockdown and return to more normal activities, that items of clothing that have been left in the wardrobe, unworn for almost a year, have undergone shrinkage?
Very, very strange!
