NO new coronavirus deaths have been confirmed in Dorset hospitals, latest figures have confirmed.
Data released by NHS England shows that no Covid-19 related deaths have been recorded across the county’s hospitals in recent days.
There have been no confirmed deaths since a person died with Covid-19 on April 8 at the University Hospitals Dorset Trust.
This means that, since the start of the pandemic, the total number of people to have died at the University Hospitals Dorset Trust with Covid-19 remains at 733.
Elsewhere, 111 people have died at the Dorset County Hospital and 73 people have died at the Dorset Healthcare Trust.
In hospitals across England, a further 56 people have died with the virus since Friday April 9, taking the total to 86,599.
