MORE than 500,000 Covid vaccination doses have now been administered in Dorset.
Latest figures from the NHS report that up to April 4, 515,078 jabs have been given across the county.
This figure includes 65,109 people who have received both doses, while a further 384,860 people have received the first dose.
In the seven days up to April 4, 35,220 vaccine jabs were given in Dorset.
It is estimated that 94.9 per cent of people aged 50 and over (152,916 people) in the BCP Council area have received at least one dose.
For the Dorset Council area this estimate stands at 96.7 per cent (188,255 people).
The county's total jab figure ranks 31st out of 42 care system areas in England.
