FIRE crews from across Dorset were called to a series of incidents in one day.
Three crews were called to a high rise property in West Cliff Road in Bournemouth at 10.38am. They discovered it was a false alarm caused by dust.
At 2.42pm a Christchurch crew was called to Beaufort Road in Southbourne where a small fire involving trees was put out.

Half an hour later two crews from Sherborne were called to a cooker fire in Lenthay Road in Sherborne. It was out on arrival and a thermal imaging camera was used to check for fire spread.
Three crews from Shaftesbury and Blandford went to Shaftesbury at 5.48pm to deal with straw bales alight in an agricultural storage farm.
And a crew from Ferndown put out a fire involving a pile of logs in the middle of heathland at Ferndown Common at 10.10pm yesterday.
