TOOLS have been stolen from a number of vans as thieves continue to target vehicles in Highcliffe.
Christchurch police have been carrying out enhanced patrols in the Nea Close and Ridgefield Gardens areas following the latest spate of thefts.
Abandoned Mini Cooper 'linked to crime' is seized by police
A spokesman said: "Please ensure you remove all tools and other valuables from your vehicles overnight, and to report any suspicious activity to 101 or dorset.police.uk.
"If you are unable to remove tools please ensure the vehicle is well secured and the tools are marked if possible."
