POLICE were called to a Ferndown school after reports of a man with a knife acting suspiciously. Officers went to Ferndown Middle School in Peter Grant Way at 3.07pm yesterday.
Man who stole £1,300 bike among those in the dock
A search of the area was carried out and a 22-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of a public order offence and is now helping police with their inquiries.
A spokesman for Dorset Police said there were no threats made and no one was injured during the incident. Officers did not locate a knife.
