HAS anyone else "enjoyed" the application process to work for the 2021 census?

It seems the recruitment agency , Adecco , who have received £45 million to organise recruitment for the census nationwide have completely lost the plot, taking vast amounts of personal information from applicants, conducting on-line interviews and appearing to assign areas, but then not doing anything beyond this, including letting applicants know if they have a position or not.

They are refusing to answer emails, and have wasted a great deal of peoples' time, and in many cases, money. Adecco, what is going on??
