THREE new council houses built on a former garage block site in Bournemouth will be handed to tenants next week.
The two-bedroom homes, at Barrow Drive, Strouden Park, were built by BCP Council's in-house construction team.
BCP Council member for homes, Cllr Robert Lawton, said: "Thank you to our teams across BCP Council who have worked hard to get this project completed in order to provide these three comfortable and efficient new council houses.
"We hope the three families who will soon be moving in will be very happy in their new homes.”
A BCP Council spokesman said the authority aims to deliver more than 15,000 new homes for people of all incomes.
