A POPULAR restaurant is extending its outside space to accommodate more diners while social distancing.
The Larder House in Southbourne is making its courtyard and garden bigger in time for the end of lockdown.
The area will be seasonal with a roof that opens during the summer months.
Bosses at the Southbourne Grove restaurant also launched a challenge to raise £10,000 for the Action Against Hunger charity, to coincide with its 10th birthday.
A series of events, a raffle and an auction raised more than £11,600.
The restaurant is also hosting a kitchen market from 10am until 6pm from Thursday until Sunday showcasing local suppliers.
"We're trying to do our every bit to keep the industry alive" said a spokesman.
