Poole Magistrates Court
A MAN is due to appear in court in connection with an alleged assault on a Poole bus.
It was reported a man in his 30s was attacked on a bus outside the Hollywood Bowl, Poole Road, Branksome, at 8.15pm, Thursday, October 22, last year.
The victim was taken to hospital for treatment to a fractured finger and facial injuries.
A 36-year-old Poole man was arrested in connection with the incident and has now been issued with a postal requisition to appear at Poole Magistrates’ Court on Thursday February, 18, for an offence of assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
