Man attempted to steal electric fence battery in Alderholt
A MAN was disturbed while attempting to steal an electric fence battery in an East Dorset village.
Police reported a man driving a blue Vauxhall Corse was disturbed in Alderholt on Tuesday morning.
A spokesperson for East Dorset Police said: “Attempted theft of electric fence battery from a field in the Alderholt area.
“Male was disturbed, dropped the battery and made off at speed in what was described as a bright blue Vauxhall Corsa van. Partial registration taken as J60.”
