THE A35 is partially closed due to emergency repairs following a crash.
One lane of the A35 westbound is closed between the A31 (Shell Roundabout, Bere Regis) and A354 (Puddletown/Blandford turn off).
The road is closed for repairs following a crash yesterday where a man in his 20s from Southampton had to be airlifted to hospital with serious injuries after he crashed his white Toyota Hilux into the central reservation and the bridge pillar on the westbound carriage near to the Northbrook junction.
Travel Dorset has reported: "Lane one (of two) is closed on the westbound side for barrier repairs after the road was shut in both directions for ten hours on Sunday following a serious accident attended by the air ambulance.
"The lane closure is likely to be in place for several days."
