A PART-TIME car dealer stopped for having no insurance claimed his trade policy allowed him to take his mum's car to the shops.
Officers from the Dorset Police No Excuse team stopped the vehicle in Christchurch during patrols.
The car was seized from the "enraged" driver after police discovered he was not insured.
Three other cars were also seized during the same patrol on Friday January 15.

A Ford driver said he thought he had renewed his insurance but he had not done so.
A Citroen driver's policy had been cancelled because she failed to provide requested documents and a Toyota driver mistakenly thought his ex-wife had sorted his insurance.
Speeding drivers and those without MOTs were also dealt with.
