VANDALS smashed garden ornaments in the road after stealing them from several gardens.
Police were alerted after incidents in Broadstone over the weekend.
They were told of multiple thefts in York Road and other surrounding roads.
Thief stole Amazon delivery van and parcels
Officers from the Poole neighbourhood Policing Team are now carrying out inquiries.
A spokesman urged members of the public to be vigilant and to report any suspicious activity.
