THE number of people who have died with coronavirus in localised areas has been revealed.

The Office for National Statistics has analysed all Covid-related deaths between March and November last year.

According to the stats, more than 120 people died with coronavirus in Poole between March and November.

The area with the most deaths was Poole Town, with 24.

Bournemouth recorded 98 deaths, with Kinson East recording 11 and East Southbourne and Hengistbury Head recording 10.

There were also more than 130 deaths in the New Forest.

The figures are broken down into Middle Layer Super Output Areas (MSOAs) which are small areas covering England and Wales. Each area has a similarly sized population (around 8,000 people on average) that remains stable over time.
