On December 31 I walked north, as my exercise allowance permits, to the border at the River Stour.
No sign of border guards at the Canford suspension bridge as I gaze across the water to the beknighted Tier 3 town of Wimborne where the non essential shops stay open.
On January 1 I awoke to find that Tier 3 land has disappeared in a thick morning mist.
Brigadoon? Shangri-La? or am I getting withdrawal symptoms already.
