Also admits driving a Volkswagen Golf on the A35 at Winterbourne Abbas on May 28 with 373 micrograms of benzoylecgonine, the main metabolite of cocaine, per litre of blood. Fined £120. To pay £34 surcharge and £50 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.
STEPHEN GADD, aged 55 and of Durley Chine Road, Bournemouth, admits assaulting a man in East Overcliff Drive, Bournemouth, on December 22. Committed to prison for six weeks, suspended for six months. To pay £100 compensation. Also admits being intoxicated in a public place and acting in an anti-social manner in East Overcliff Drive, Bournemouth, on December 22, in that he used abusive words, which he was prohibited from doing by an order made on July 11, 2017. Committed to prison for six weeks concurrent, suspended for six months.
JOHN LESLIE RUSSELL, aged 78 and of Linford Road, Ringwood, convicted of pursuing a course of conduct which amounted to the stalking of a woman between April 23, 2018, and September 16, 2018, in Wiltshire, and which he knew or ought to have known amounted to the harassment of her in that he turned up at her address after previously being told not to, sent text messages and left messages on her landline and mobile on numerous occasions. Discharged conditionally for three months. To pay £22 surcharge. Also convicted of assaulting a woman in Wiltshire on April 23, 2018. Defendant was discharged conditionally for three months.
KEVIN BINNS, aged 43 and of Junction Road, Poole, admits driving a Vauxhall Zafira in Blandford Road, Poole, on October 22 with 60 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Defendant was fined £320. Also, ordered to pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Defendant was disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for a period of 16 months.
