A MAN is due to appear in court in connection with a crash in North Dorset that left a motorcyclist seriously injured.
The crash happened on the C13 at Spread Eagle Hill near Melbury Abbas on Monday, May 18, 2020, with police called to the scene at 8.04am.
It involved a grey Peugeot van and a white Ducati motorcycle
The motorcyclist, a man aged in his 50s from Westbury in Wiltshire, sustained life-changing injuries as a result of the collision.
A 23-year-old man from the Blandford area was arrested in connection with the incident.
He has now been issued with a postal requisition to appear at Weymouth Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, December 22, 2020, for an offence of driving without due care and attention.
