THIS evening Forest Holme Hospice will be holding its first ever virtual Light Up A Life event, which is available via its Facebook Page or website.
The Poole hospice event is usually held on the steps of the Civic Centre and attended by many who have lost loved ones and were supported by the hospice as well as local residents.
However, due to coronavirus restrictions this year's service will be a virtual mixture of songs, readings, poems prayers and remembrance, led by Brian Purchase from the chaplaincy team at Poole Hospital.
Following the main service, the hospice is inviting all attendees to join them on Zoom for a mass switch on of festive lights at home to remember loved-ones.
