A TEENAGE boy is set to go on trial in the new year for an alleged murder in Boscombe.

The 16-year-old from London, who cannot be named for legal reasons, is accused of murdering 31-year-old James Cutting in Boscombe Chine Gardens on June 30.

The boy has also been charged with attempted murder, wounding with intent and two counts of being concerned in supplying a Class A drug to another person.

He appeared at Winchester Crown Court on Friday, November 20, where he entered not guilty pleas to all charges.

Two men have also been charged following a major investigation by Dorset Police.

Khalid Nuur Mohamed, aged 19 and of Grange Park Road, Leyton, Waltham Forest, is accused of two counts of being concerned in supplying a Class A drug to another person, as well as a charge of assisting an offender.

Nicholas Mark Bransky, aged 49 and of Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, also faces a charge of assisting an offender.

Bransky and Mohamed have pleaded not guilty to all charges.

A trial date for the three defendants has been fixed for January 4, 2021, at Winchester Crown Court.

The 16-year-old boy and Mohamed have been remanded into custody, while Bransky has been released on bail.

As reported, Mr Cutting died after being found with stab wounds in Boscombe Chine Gardens on the evening of Tuesday, June 30.
